Outage Information
Stay away from downed lines and poles, noting their location and calling us immediately. Do not touch anything in contact with the lines, including branches, tools or toys. While we understand some customers have critical medical needs and our Critical Care list helps notify them of prolonged outages, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted power or priority restoration. Enrollment requires a completed and signed Application for Medical Emergency Certification (valid for one year). It’s important for customers to have a backup plan and call 911 if it’s a medical emergency.
