Levelized Billing
As a community energy provider, our commitment is to help our community. We understand there are times when our customers may struggle to pay their bill. We are here to help with navigating the available resources for your situation.

Flex Pay
Our payment extension program allows customers to extend their bill payment up to 14 days past the last day to pay. This program can be used twice a calendar year.

Power Partners
We provide free home energy audits to customers and endless materials to educate the public about energy efficiency. As a central resource, customers are encouraged to become a Power Partner by texting PARTNERS to 85700.

Power to Go
Allows customers to purchase electricity before they use it. Provides daily online usage access through our web portal, giving customers the power to manage their energy usage. Text and/or email notifications, available daily. No deposit required.

Community Action

Offers utility bill assistance to city of Clarksville residents through programs such as Project Help and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Empowering individuals and families with access to wholesome food, safe shelter, and an array of trauma-informed services centered upon personal needs.

Operation Stand Down

Connects Veterans and their families with resources focused on transition, employment, housing, benefits, peer engagement, volunteerism and connection to the community.

Tips such as making smart changes in the operation of household appliances are shared and can help make a significant difference on energy bills.
