One reason is a prior balance. Check your bill to make sure CDE Lightband has received your last month’s payment in full. Another reason is weather. Winter temperatures increase the operation of your heating system. Summer temperatures increase the operation of your air conditioner.
20 days for the net amount from the day you are billed. A 5% late fee is applied on day 21. You then have 10 days to pay the gross amount before service is subject to termination.
A $30 termination list fee is applied to your account 31 days from the day you are billed. This fee covers the administrative costs with the account termination process, not the re-connection of service.
Go to My Account and login to your CDE Lightband online profile. Click on Current Billing or Billing History and click View Bills.
VISA and MasterCard charge a fee to process credit card payments. CDE Lightband passes this cost on to customers who use the online or phone payment service.
Yes. We accept VISA and Master Card and there is no convenience fee.
This procedure allows us to ensure the identity of the cardholder. It helps protect the cardholder and CDE Lightband from fraud.
$1.50 for cash payments and $3.10 for credit card payments.
CDE Lightband has programs available for eligible customers to extend due dates up to seven days after the last day to pay and allows for deferred/installation payments for past due amounts. Call for (931) 648-8151 for assistance.
For residential customers, after three years of continuous service, provided you have made no payments after the last day to pay, had no returned checks with CDE Lightband and have not paid more than one late payment within the last 13 months. Deposits for commercial customers are not refunded until service is terminated.
