Our payment extension program allows customers to extend their bill payment up to 14 days past the last day to pay. This program can be used twice a calendar year. Do I qualify?
Power to Go
Allows customers to purchase electricity before they use it. Provides daily online usage access through our web portal, giving customers the power to manage their energy usage. Text and/or email notifications, available daily. No deposit required.

Community Resources for Payment Assistance
Offers utility bill assistance to city of Clarksville residents through programs such as Project Help and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Tips such as making smart changes in the operation of household appliances are shared and can help make a significant difference on energy bills.
