Consumer Complaint Resolution

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) provides regulatory oversight for CDE Lightband’s electric rates and policies.  Should you have an issue you feel cannot be resolved directly with CDE Lightband, you may visit the TVA Complaint Resolution site for assistance.

Our customer service center is located at 2021 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. and is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, excluding weekends and major holidays. Click here for a map.

Outdoor Lighting

CDE Lightband’s service includes installation, operation and maintenance for one low monthly fee.
