From October 1-7, CDE Lightband and more than 2,000 other community-owned, not-for-profit electric utilities are celebrating Public Power Week! As your locally owned and operated power company, we serve YOU, not private investors. CDE Lightband, Power Partners and TVA EnergyRight invite you to this fall’s Energy Savings Workshop! Come learn from your trusted energy advisors about how to improve the energy efficiency of your home and save money on winter time energy bills.

Stuff the Bucket

We also believe in the power of partnership! In honor of Public Power Week, we want to work together to STUFF THE BUCKET for those in need! On Friday, October 6 from 9am – 3pm, we need your help collecting non perishable food items for our Thanksgiving food drive. This effort directly supports Urban Ministries’ Grace Assistance and SafeHouse programs. Please bring items listed below and more to CDE Lightband on 2021 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Let’s Stuff the Bucket (truck) and provide an amazing box meal for these families!
